Attempted Delivery / Uncollected Orders
If you are not there to collect your order and you do not follow the prompts from the courier, we are not responsible for what happens to that order. You are given a tracking number when your order is sent so you can keep track of the orders location. All of our parcels are marked "Return to sender" in the event of inability to deliver / no collection but it may take some time to get back to us. When we receive the returned order we will refund you the product cost only. You will not be refunded shipping costs as your items were sent to you.
If you refuse your delivery for any reason and your items are returned to us you will be refunded the product cost only once we receive the order back. You will not be refunded shipping costs as your items were sent to you.
